I have been in the real estate industry officially since 2012. I initially entered the real estate industry as an investor in 2009. I have been selling real estate for over six years. I have sold dozens of homes and have tens of millions of dollars in sales revenue in Suffolk and Nassau County. I have purchased and sold REO and short sale properties for myself and investors. When it is time to upgrade, downsize, or move to a warmer climate, you need an agent who will price your home competitively, market your home using the latest technology, photo's, video and the maximum amount internet exposure. I will negotiate the best terms available, pre-qualify all potential buyers, arrange financing, oversee the inspections and handle all of the paperwork. I will take care of everything from the start to the closing so that you can relax. I managed a real estate office at my former company and earned awards such as "Rookie of the Year" & "Top Revenue Producer." Recently I have branched out with a partner and opened our own brokerage.
